A. ON PARENTS REQUEST
1. If a parent wishes to withdraw his son/daughter, he must give clear two months notice to the school. Parents withdrawing their children after 30th July of a year should pay fees for that full academic session.
2. If a parent wishes to withdraw his son / daughter after 3th march. Should submit an application for TC to the principal (ADM) on or before February 28th. After that TC application will not be accepted.
B. ON POOR ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE
One failure during the orientation period ie. Classes VI, VII, VIII can be condoned by permitting the boy/girl to repeat the class in which he/she fails. If a student fails after the orientation period, he/she will be withdrawn. This will be applicable to all students (boarders as well as day scholars)
C. ON DISCIPLINARY GROUND
The Principal may in the interest of the School, order withdrawal of a student from the school, should the student conduct, behavior or influence in the opinion of the principal, be detrimental to the general discipline / interest of the school.
D. ON NON – PAYMENT OF FEES
All fees are payable in advance and can be paid for a year or a quarter in advance. It should be paid at least quarterly before the beginning of the quarter. If dues are not received by the first day of the month by which they are tv be paid a reminder will be sent, informing the parent/guardian that the amount due is to be paid by the 11th of the month and in case of default the student will be struck off from the rolls of the school and all the expenditure incurred will be deducted from the caution money and the school leaving, TC will, however, not be issued until all dues are cleared.
