PRINCIPAL – PARENT – TEACHERS INTERACTION

Every parent is the member of the P.T.A. parent – Princi­pal – Teachers interaction will be convened after every terminal examinations. Collective suggestions for im­provement in performance and facilities shall be framed by the meeting.  Two General body, five executive meet­ing and three class – wise interaction of the P.T.A. are conducting every academic year.

PARENTS CO-OPERATION

Parents/guardians are requested to co-operate with school authorities in maintaining discipline and the traditions of school like initiative, upright behaviour and curtsey. This is possible if the parents strengthen^ our-hands by;

  1.   Attending promptly to the school circulars regarding fees, leave, escorts and progress reports etc..
  2. Not visiting the school except on the days mentioned above.
  3. Meeting the school authorities when specially requested to come to school.
  4. Sending their suggestions from time to time for-the improvements of the school.
  5. See that the children prepare their lesson well and actively participate in the activities of the school.
  6. Inform the authorities any change in address and phone number.
  7. Ensure that the children are not carrying valuable articles/ jewellery
  8. Get the information that irregularity and habitual negligence of studies or disobedience leads to removal from rolls.
  9. Ensure the regular payment of fees in time.
  10. See that children wear the proper uniform and have the required study materials.
  11. Go through the periodical
  12. Ensure safety and security while bringing them to school or carrying them back home,
  13. See that children spend at least two hours in the evening and at least one hour in the morning in studying their lessons.
  14. The children should be encouraged to talk in ENGLISH at home if possible
  15. Lodge complaints if any, directly to the Principal.
  16. PRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN TO ANY BODY AT SCHOOL AND TIPS OF ALL KINDS SHOULD BE AVOIDED. IF ANY PARENT GIVEN TO TIPS ANYBODY IN THE SCHOOL WE MAY ASK THE WARD OF THE PARENT TO LEAVE THE SCHOOL.
  17. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY CRITICISM OF THE SCHOOLTEACHERS OR AUTHORITIES IN FRONT OF YOUR CHILDREN.
  18. Please be present for the PTA meetings.
  19. Please do not send liquor bottles to the school to be used as water bottles.
  20. In case your child is travelling by your own transport please ensure that he/she reaches school in time.
